Pastor Raymond Tay

The organization was founded by Pastor Raymond with a vision to serve communities through compassion, practical support, and meaningful outreach. From the beginning, the focus has been on responding to real needs and creating opportunities that promote dignity, hope, and positive change.

The organization is a nonprofit dedicated to improving lives and strengthening communities through service-driven programs and community engagement. Its work centers on supporting individuals and families facing hardship, with an emphasis on long-term impact and sustainable solutions.

Through a variety of initiatives—including prison ministry, feeding programs for those currently underpriveledged, and enrichment programs for children—the organization addresses both immediate needs and broader social challenges.
